Final States
When the seeker confirms completed work, an online booking becomes RELEASED in ServiceHub’s internal Test Mode ledger. A cash booking becomes CASH_CONFIRMED and is recorded separately from online payments.
- Cancellation before completion keeps cash external. In Test Mode, ServiceHub records an explicit simulated reversal; it does not claim that PayMongo moved real money.
- A disputed online payment remains FROZEN_HELD until an administrator refunds it or completes and releases the booking.
- Administrator decisions and refund attempts are retained for audit and retry.
